LibrePCB MCP Server
An MCP server that lets AI clients work with saved LibrePCB projects: list components and nets, run electrical and board-rule checks, and export schematics and manufacturing files. It always works on a copy, so the original design is never touched.

BranchForge
Finds where smaller arteries leave the aorta in a CT scan, then lays them out in a custom 3D Slicer workspace. It proposes curved branch paths and cross-checks each one with CT cross-sections and small 3D neural networks that run on CPU. On the development cases it matched 17 of 19 branch origins, a 91.9% F1 score.
